— 02 · Pills & Formats

Pills, Troches, and Injections.

Compounded Semaglutidecomes in three forms at Walk the Line, and they aren't priced the same. If you've been searching what semaglutide pills cost, this is the section you want.

Capsules

Oral · Once Daily
From $180 / month

Easy-to-take oral Semaglutide designed for consistent dosing to support effective weight loss and appetite management. Two compounding pharmacies, priced differently: Hallandale capsules run $245 to $365 for a 30-day supply by strength (3mg, 6mg, 9mg), while Strive capsules step up month by month from $180, with a $645 three-month maintenance option.

Troche

Sublingual · Once Daily
From $185 / month

A convenient, fast-acting treatment that dissolves under the tongue — delivering consistent results for weight management and overall health. Compounded with B12 and niacinamide, and priced across a four-month progression from $185 to $345.

Injection

Subcutaneous · Once Weekly
From $200 / month

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide injections — powerful weekly treatments to boost metabolism and deliver real results. Semaglutide runs $200 to $485 a month by dose; Tirzepatide, the only compound offered as an injection alone, runs $250 to $575, with an $875 two-month bulk option.

Which format is right for you?

That's a clinical question, not a pricing one — absorption, tolerance, and what you'll realistically keep up with all matter, and they differ patient to patient. Sheena reviews it with you directly at your telemedicine appointment and recommends a format, rather than starting from a price.

What this page can tell you is the cost of each, up front, with no estimate and no call required. See how the medications work →

— 03 · Dosing & Cost

How Dosing Changes What You Pay.

Every table on this page is tiered by dose, which is the part most pricing pages leave out. The row matching your dose is the price you pay — so the number at the start of a program is not always the number six months in, and the tables above show the whole range rather than a starting figure with an asterisk.

Injectable Semaglutide spans $200 to $485 a month across its dose tiers, and injectable Tirzepatide $250 to $575, with an $875 two-month bulk option at the top strength. The troche and the Strive capsules are priced as a four-month progression instead — $185, $210, $285, $345 for the troche, and $180, $230, $275, $300 for the capsules — because both compounds are dispensed at increasing strengths over those months. Hallandale capsules are priced by strength rather than by month: $245 at 3mg, $310 at 6mg, $365 at 9mg.

Your own dose is based on your evaluation with Sheena — your health history, goals, and how you respond over time — not a standard starting dose for everyone. She'll walk you through your specific plan at your appointment, and you can see exactly what each step costs before you get there.

— 06 · FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

How much does semaglutide cost without insurance?

Walk the Line is a cash-pay practice, so every price on this page is self-pay. Compounded semaglutide injections run $200 to $485 a month depending on dose, and compounded tirzepatide injections $250 to $575 a month, with an $875 two-month bulk option. Oral semaglutide capsules start at $180 a month and the daily troche at $185. The tables above list the exact figure at each dose.

How much do semaglutide pills cost?

Oral semaglutide is priced by compounding pharmacy. Hallandale capsules are $245 (3mg), $310 (6mg), and $365 (9mg) for a 30-day supply, taken once daily. Strive capsules step up across four months — $180, $230, $275, then $300 — with a $645 three-month maintenance option. There is also a daily semaglutide troche that dissolves under the tongue, from $185 to $345. Which format fits you is something to work out with Sheena at your appointment.

Why isn't there a price for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound?

Those are the manufacturers' FDA-approved branded pens, and what they cost you depends on your insurance — so there is no single self-pay figure to publish. The prices on this page are for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy; they are not the same product as the branded pens. If you do have coverage, our team submits the prior authorization and can send your prescription to your own pharmacy so you can use your pharmacy benefit.

What's included in the price?

Injectable pricing includes the provider fee, the medication, and the injection kit, and is monthly unless the table notes otherwise. The tirzepatide bulk option ships for an additional $25, which is not included in the price shown. Capsule pricing is for a 30-day supply.

Does the price change as my dose changes?

Yes — pricing is tiered by dose, so the row in the table that matches your dose is what you pay. Your dose itself is based on your evaluation with Sheena — your health history, goals, and how you respond over time — not a standard starting dose for everyone. She'll walk you through your specific plan at your appointment.

Which states can I get these prices in?

Walk the Line prescribes semaglutide and tirzepatide by telemedicine in the 13 states where Sheena is licensed: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Idaho, Massachusetts, Maine, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. If your state isn't on that list, we aren't able to see you yet.
