Clinical services are available only to patients physically located in a state where Sheena Eversole is licensed to practice — currently Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Idaho, Massachusetts, Maine, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming (see States We Serve). Browsing this website does not imply you are eligible for care; eligibility is confirmed at scheduling and again at your visit.
Scheduling
Appointments are booked through Jane App, a third-party scheduling platform. These terms govern your use of this website only — your use of Jane App's booking flow is governed by Jane App's own terms.
